It’s like a hotel.
Paper thin walls, every door inside the apartment won’t shut because they are all misaligned somehow, tub is still from the 60’s and when filled makes you cold because it only goes so high before it drains itself. The showerhead sits at about 5’ 5” and barely shoots out water from all the buildup, neighbors cursing at each other early in the morning, babies always crying late at night, music blasting through the walls. Police are frequent visitors, It’s never dull thats for sure.

Dryer has been down for over a year.
Maintenance requires long waits due to budget, unless an emergency. No pool, no additional amenities. Covid has slowed or stopped work for alot of people yet, rent keeps magically going up. Value does not equate to amenities available. Especially when they don't even work. Hard to believe that "market price" is the cause for rent increase. Nice area, bad value.
